| Our History |
Founded in 1980, dad has grown to be one of
the largest and most respected independent telecommunications
distributors in the country.
 1980:
Digital & Analog Design Corporation founded as a subsidiary of Lisn
Inc., a Cleveland-based cabling contractor. dad provided business
customers with the option to purchase telephone systems versus renting
from their local telephone company.
dad
is the first Toshiba distributor in Ohio and remains the oldest and
largest dealer in Ohio.
1998:
dad was acquired by Expanets as a part of a roll-up of 26 similar
companies.
2003:
During the acquisition of Expanets by Avaya, dad was re-acquired from
the original merger by its previous principals and is once again locally
owned in Cincinnati, OH.Throughout its history, dad has set itself
apart through its commitment to service that permeates the entire
organization, and by building on-going relationships with its customers
built on trust and satisfaction. |
