Technology Firms Merge to Offer Single-Source Technology Solutions to Larger Base
January 9, 2009 - Cincinnati, OH – PRO OnCall Technologies (PRO), a Telephony and IT service provider working regionally across Ohio and Atlanta, GA, jointly announced today a merger with Digital & Analog Design (DAD), an Ohio regionally-based telecommunications technology provider offering complementary products and services.
DAD, founded in 1980, has grown to be one of the largest and most respected independent telecommunications distributors in the country; whereas, PRO has been serving the unique technology needs of small and medium businesses in the Midwest for over a decade.
According to the CEO of Digital & Analog Design, Mr. Rodney Sizemore, this merger will bring a new dimension of products and services to the customer bases, while keeping the same high standards of customer service flooding the entire organization. The merger is effective immediately. The newly-formed business will operate under the name of PRO OnCall Technologies and will be headquartered at 12125 Ellington Court, Cincinnati, OH 45249, the former corporate headquarters of DAD. Branch offices from both companies will remain open: Cleveland, OH, Columbus, OH, and Denver, CO branches will be in former DAD locations while Dayton, OH and Atlanta, GA branches will remain in existing PRO OnCall Technologies offices.
