It seems that we finally have most of our issues with the phone system worked out. I wanted to take just a minute and let you know how thankful we are to have Dewey Colyer be our phone tech. During these last several months he would always take my calls and usually resolve the problems over the phone... His expertise was second to none. We left our previous vendor because of their lack of customer service. If all your techs are as professional and as knowledgeable as Dewey, I don't see you losing any customers due to poor customer service. Although the last several months have been stressful due to the problems we have had, it was always helpful to know that at least we would call Dewey. We appreciate his efforts and I hope you do as well. Thank you very much!

I am very pleased with the new Toshiba phone system we purchased from dad. The install team was very knowledgeable, extremely dedicated and got us up and running quickly. The install team spent many late hours onsite and greatly assisted in working through the issues we experienced with our carrier. I realize that the install team has family at home and they sacrificed time with them to make sure out new phone system was fully functional before they departed. I really appreciate their extraordinary effort. I am looking forward to my Admin training which I would like to schedule with you very soon. "Our system works wonderfully. Access to voicemail is so fast, it's scary. Callers are now greeted to the sweet sounds of my voice, and designated calls are routed faster than a cheetah drinking "crack laced cappuccinos." And the best part of it all?  I can manage the whole thing from my PC.  The last piece of the technological puzzle is now in place-and is providing my "customers" with reliable service.

We have been enjoying the complete phone system that you have furnished and installed in out new office/garage complex for over four months now and are extremely pleased. The initial system design was a team effort and your staff did an excellent job in helping us to understand exactly what we wanted.
